ORDERS

All prices are as stated on the website, however Thrilla Seven reserves the right to revise or modify the price of goods without notice.

Thrilla Seven reserves the right at any time to cancel orders including, but not limited to; insufficient stock and incorrect item pricing. A receipt for payment does not constitute a contract between the buyer and Thrilla Seven and if such circumstances occur, you will be refunded the full amount initially charged.

All apparel items are handmade and 'made-to-order' which means each item is made as its order has been placed. All apparel items will be shipped on average 2-4 weeks (14 to 28) business days. If your order includes both ready-stock and made-to-order items, then your entire order will be shipped once the made-to-order item is ready. If you wish for your other items to be shipped separately, then please contact us. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped to the email address you entered during checkout/your paypal email address. If you have not received your confirmation email, please check your junk/spam box and mark [email protected] as a safe sender.

Returns must be approved by Thrilla Seven. Thrilla Seven can only offer refunds on items that have been grossly misrepresented. If Thrilla Seven determines that an item has been grossly misrepresented, then we will refund the cost of the item and postage costs on receipt of the return and after we have checked and acknowledged the mistake ourselves. There are absolutely NO product/order cancellations once an order has been placed. All items are handmade and made-to-order, once production has began an order can not be cancelled, whatsoever. Thrilla Seven reserves the right to deny refunds for such reasons as 'change of mind' or 'wrong fit'. It is your sole responsibility to check our descriptions and measurements accurately prior to checkout as all sales are final.

Thrilla Seven cannot be held responsible for postage delays and items lost or stolen in the post as it is completely beyond our control.

Customs delays can significantly alter estimated arrival dates. Thrilla Seven has no control over the customs process on International orders and any taxes or custom fees associated with a purchase are the sole responsibility of the customer.

DISCOUNT CODES & GIFT VOUCHERS

Thrilla Seven reserves the right the terminate any discount codes without notice. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or voucher and only one code will be accepted against each order. Thrilla Seven reserves the right to refuse any discount code that is deemed invalid or fraudulent and expired discount codes will not be accepted.

Gift vouchers are valid for a limited time only and must be used by the date shown on the voucher received. Thrilla Seven cannot accept responsibility for any stolen or lost gift vouchers once dispatched.

Please ensure that you double check the delivery address you enter when purchasing a gift voucher, as Thrilla Seven cannot be held responsible if a gift voucher is sent to the incorrect address or if it is used by someone other than the intended recipient if the address is incorrect.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the recipient has received their gift voucher and it is then their responsibility to keep the voucher details safe.

PRODUCTS

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, shapes dand details of our products that appear on the site, however we cannot always guarantee that your monitor's display will accurately reflect the exact replica of the product upon delivery. Thrilla Seven is not liable for any items that fit this description, as different monitor display's are completely out of our control.

We provide accurate measurement aside each product on our site. Sometimes our products are pinned to fit our model and to give you a better idea of how it will look on you, if this is the case, we will always state this within the product details. Thrilla Seven are not liable for any items that do not fit you correctly upon delivery.

All our items unless otherwise stated are genuine hand crafted products, so are expected to have some difference in exactness due to their craftsmenship. Sometimes packaging, tags or the item itself may show signs of wear because of this.

Thrilla Seven examines each product thoroughly before delivery to our customers. We are not liable for any errors on this information, nor on information that has been about the details, descriptions and prices of the products and we reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mid-published, including wear and tear, as well as prices and promotions.

Products on our site have each been hand-crafted by owner and designer of Thrilla Seven, as they work diligently to get each item created to deliver to each customer, turnaround or shipping time may take from 7 to 21 business days, if this is something you do not agree with or would like to wait for, we strongly recommend that you do not purchase from us.
