ORDER POLICY

- - SHIPPING POLICY - -

Your package can be tracked via www.usps.com using the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received an email confirming your shipment then your order is currently being processed OR has not been shipped yet. 

 

ALL orders/custom orders take at least 14-28 business days to process and create unless otherwise stated during time of purchase (Business Days are weekdays and do not include weekends). We thank you for your patience. You will receive shipping confirmation once your order has shipped. If you wish to receive your purchase by a specific date, expedited production is accepted through request via email PRIOR to purchase or IMMEDIATELY AFTER (within 1 Business Day) of purchase.

ALL of our packages are sent via USPS. Thrilla Seven is not responsible for any shipment delays, lost packages or faulty deliveries on behalf of United States Postal Service. Once your item is shipped, we provide the tracking number to you, that is provided to us. For any further shipping details concerning deliver expectancy and/or tracking information beyond what’s provided, visit USPS.com

All apparel items are handmade and 'made-to-order' which means each item is made as its order has been placed. Please note, allow 1 - 3 business days after 14-28 days production period for your order to then be shipped to you via USPS. All displayed timeframes depend solely on current volume and work load. We take pride in trying our best to best accommodate you!

- - PRE-ORDER ITEMS - -

If your order includes both pre-order and made-to-order items, then your entire order will be shipped once all of the items are ready/available. If you wish for items in your order to be shipped separately, please contact us so that applicable shipping may be applied. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped to the email address you entered during checkout and/or time of purchase. 


- - CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS - -

Thank you for your Couture purchase! We look forward to creating for you! In the instance that you've made your Thrilla Seven purchase outside of our website and/or via email or via social media platform, it is likely that you received a separate invoice/payment request. Each of these orders are done manually and without the default processing system used on our site. Please allow up to an additional week along with our shipping policy before your order is processed, produced and then shipped to you! An email will be sent to you including tracking information once your order is on its way to you.

All final quotes and prices vary based on design, detail and materials used. We work closely with licensed and professional fabric houses and distributors to obtain all materials used for Couture pieces. We do not create garments using materials provided by clients.

No deposits are taken for items needed within 10 business days from time of invoice, these orders must be paid in full upon purchase. This is nonnegotiable. 

- - REFUNDS / EXCHANGES - -

There are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Please choose wisely while selecting your correct size(s). There are no cancellations once your order has begun production. All customs/prom garments are COMPLETELY FINAL. All deposits are nonrefundable once placed. Please email us at [email protected] with any questions!
